Aslı Tekeş Appointed Middle East Managing Director at Pernod Ricard

Aslı Tekeş has been appointed as Middle East Managing Director at Pernod Ricard, as the company continues to strengthen its leadership structure across global and regional operations. In addition to this role, she will also take on responsibilities within Global Travel Retail, overseeing the India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) region.

In her new position, Tekeş will lead domestic operations across the Middle East while also driving commercial performance and growth in the duty-free channel within the IMEA region as part of the Global Travel Retail organization. This dual role reflects both regional and global responsibilities.

Having joined Pernod Ricard Türkiye in 2012, Tekeş has held several key leadership roles within the organization. Between 2020 and 2024, she served as Managing Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, where she led the region’s transformation and delivered strong, sustainable growth. Most recently, she held the role of Global Revenue Growth Director at the company’s headquarters, playing a critical role in shaping global growth strategies and expanding the Revenue Growth Management approach across the organization.

In her new role, Tekeş will report directly to Laurent Pillet, CEO of Global Travel Retail, and will have a dotted-line reporting relationship to Selçuk Tümay, CEO of Africa and the Middle East.

This appointment marks a significant leadership role within Pernod Ricard’s global organization and stands as a strong example of the international impact of a leader developed in Türkiye.
