Kerten Hospitality signed 1,000 new keys in January 2026, further accelerating its expansion across the Middle East, Africa, and other high-demand markets. Following a strong 2025 performance, the group reported a 55% increase in revenues and a 69% rise in gross operating profit (GOP).
Growth was supported by new openings in Kuwait and Italy, while the leadership team was strengthened with the appointments of Mina Anziani as COO and Ramine Behnam as CDO.
Currently operating five destinations across Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, Kerten is also advancing seven additional hotel projects in the GCC, including two Cloud 7 Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
With a pipeline of over 55 projects across 12 brands, the group plans to open six new properties in Q1 2026 in Egypt, Italy, France, and Morocco. The MENA region remains central to its strategy, driven by strong tourism investments and growing demand for lifestyle hospitality concepts.
