Standing out with its gastronomy and distinctive dining experiences, HuQQabaz invites guests to share the spirit of Ramadan at its iftar and suhoor tables, offering a Ramadan-special iftar menu, traditional iftariyelik selections, and an exclusive à la carte service.
Reflecting the sharing ethos of Ramadan through its flavours and unique ambiance, HuQQabaz hosts memorable iftar and suhoor gatherings. Carefully crafted dishes, combined with the venue’s atmosphere and service approach, transform every visit into an enjoyable meeting aligned with the spirit of the holy month.
The Ramadan iftar menu, designed to celebrate the culture of togetherness, begins with an assortment of traditional iftariyelik items. Kayseri pastrami, honey & clotted cream, Medjool dates, white cheese, walnuts, and apricots are complemented by mutabbal and roasted red pepper paste. Guests can then enjoy a warm start with lentil soup prepared with bone broth or tomato soup with pesto sauce. The menu continues with Gavurdağı salad or a tulum cheese salad. Main course options include grilled chicken breast served with Alfredo tagliatelle; chicken leg steak accompanied by bouquet vegetables and fresh potatoes; chicken dynamite with soy rice and crispy vegetables; “Mother’s grilled meatballs” paired with buttered pide; sac kavurma with fries; and beef medallions served with julienne vegetables. The iftar experience concludes on a sweet note with walnut güllaç or Hamsiköy rice pudding, while a beverage selection enriched with traditional Ottoman sherbet completes the table.
Inspired by Ramadan’s values of sharing and waste reduction, guests may freely choose from the à la carte menu or opt solely for iftariyelik selections. This flexible approach respects the abundance of Ramadan while promoting a more balanced and sustainable dining experience.
Ramadan-special iftar menus are available at all HuQQabaz branches across Türkiye, with prices ranging from 900 TL to 2,200 TL. Iftariyelik options start at 550 TL, and a rich breakfast-style suhoor menu is also offered. For suhoor, lighter dishes and smaller portion alternatives ensure a pleasant late-night dining experience.
Abundance Extends to Suhoor Tables
