Strengthening its position as a global tourism leader, Dubai continues to elevate its hospitality and gastronomy landscape with a series of high-profile hotel and restaurant openings. From luxury resorts and lifestyle hotels to globally renowned dining concepts, the city is constantly refreshing its tourism infrastructure to deliver new, immersive experiences for visitors.
New Hotels Redefining Luxury and Lifestyle
Recently opened on Palm West Beach, Mileo The Palm offers an elegant stay with 176 rooms and suites. Featuring private balconies overlooking Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, the hotel boasts seven restaurants, a kids’ club, a spa, and a rooftop infinity pool—bringing modern comfort to the forefront.
Located just 20 minutes from the city center, Meliá Desert Palm Meliá Collection has expanded its offering with six new Al Waha villas. Each villa features a private pool, outdoor dining area, and interiors designed with natural textures, promising a serene escape surrounded by nature.
One of the most anticipated openings, Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai, will welcome guests at the iconic 302-metre Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. The property will feature 259 rooms and suites, 224 residences, a two-level spa, and a private helipad—positioning it as a future landmark on Dubai’s skyline.

Set to open in November, Ciel Dubai Marina will make history as the world’s tallest hotel at 365 metres. The 82-storey tower will house over 1,000 rooms, three restaurants, a fitness centre, spa, club lounge, and an observation deck with panoramic views of Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
Appealing to younger and social-minded travellers, Marriott’s lifestyle brand Moxy Dubai Al Barsha will debut in the city with 480 rooms, industrial-chic design, and vibrant communal spaces.
Dubai’s Dining Scene Welcomes Global Icons
Alongside luxury hotels, Dubai’s culinary scene continues to expand with exciting new restaurant openings. At Atlantis The Royal, the iconic New York Italian concept CARBONE has opened its doors, bringing classic Italian flavours to an elegant setting complemented by Skyblaze Fountain views.
Seafood lovers can discover Kraken, led by award-winning chef Grégoire Berger. Inspired by Emirati heritage, the restaurant presents modern seafood cuisine with a contemporary coastal identity.
Within Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai, three new dining venues are set to open:
- Chitarra, offering classic Italian flavours in an intimate atmosphere.
- Noia, inspired by the Greek Islands and featuring a striking rooftop terrace.
- Yù & Mì, blending the spirit of 1920s Shanghai with modern design.
At the summit of Ciel Dubai Marina, the renowned British dining brand Tattu will debut with three distinct concepts: House of Dragon for modern Chinese cuisine, House of Koi—home to the world’s highest infinity pool—and House of Phoenix, known for its dramatic design.
Meanwhile, Nobu One Za’abeel will open its third Dubai location on the 24th floor, showcasing Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature Japanese cuisine.
Celebrating local heritage, Abra Restaurant will open at the Etihad Museum, led by acclaimed chef Sahar Parham Al Awadhi. The restaurant will reinterpret Emirati cuisine through a contemporary lens, redefining traditional flavours for a modern audience.
